How did we end up living like this, and how did people live before modern life?
This session will cover key aspects of modern societies and compare them with pre-modern perspectives and practices. We will discuss when and how modern societies were formed before then exploring what our ancestors can teach us about how they lived differently and in more sustainable, balanced and nourishing ways.
