This community workshop is a free, 90-minute event designed for expectant and new mothers, offering research-informed, practical guidance on infant feeding and early caregiving. The event is based on findings from the research project The Parent–Child Implications of Infant Feeding Apps (IFA) and aims to support confident, responsive parenting in the digital age.
Through collaboration with a lactation consultant, the workshop offers expert insights into:
