Led by Dr Nicholas Hookway (UTAS), this interactive and hands-on workshop for Year 11 and 12 Launceston College school students introduces sociology as a key perspective for understanding the social world. From how we behave in elevators to concerns about dwindling kindness in the world, the workshop outlines the power of sociology in providing a new perspective to understand ourselves and the changing worlds around us.
